Online Test Result
Examinees, both passed and failed, can generate their individual test results using the Online Civil Service Examination Results Generation System (OCSERGS) by 07 August 2023. To use the OCSERGS, examinees should encode/fill in the required data under the personal information, and the details of examination (i.e., date, type, and place of examination), accurately, following the illustrated/indicated format.

Certification of Eligibility (CoE)
- CoE for passers (printed on CSC letterhead, free of charge) shall be issued through the CSC Regional/Field Offices by 23 August 2023.
1.a PASSERS ARE ADVISED TO VERIFY/CHECK FIRST THE AVAILABILITY OF THE LETTERHEAD CoE BEFORE GOING TO THE CSC REGIONAL/FIELD OFFICES. (provide HERE Clickable link of the CSC ROs/FOs Directory)
1.b Passers are further advised to personally claim their letterhead CoE at the CSC Regional/Field Offices. In claiming the CoE, passers must present any of the accepted I.D. cards for civil service exam. (click HERE for the list of accepted I.D. cards)
- Passers may also opt to apply for regular CoE (printed on special paper at cost) also starting 23 August 2023. The special paper CoE and its authenticated copy/ies may be applied for and obtained from any of the 16 CSC ROs nationwide, regardless of the place of examination. For further details/any concerns, including securing a schedule/appointment in applying for the special paper CoE as applicable, please contact/communicate directly with the CSC Regional/Field Office concerned.
